Allen Community Center, Inc. will be hosting a tailgate at the football game tonight from 5:30-7:30 PM. They will serve taverns, chili dogs, hot dogs, chip and bottle water. Free will donation.

Congratulations to the cross country members for their fine performances in yesterday's Crofton Invitational. The meet featured class B, C and D teams. The girls won again in fine fashion with Christina Martinson 1st, Darla Nelson 2nd, Bree Eisenhauer 7th, Hannah Hubers 10th, Madie Ziegler 12th, Ann Woockman 13th, and Ella McFarland and Emily Woockman going 1-2 in the reserve division, Addison Smith ran great to medal in 5th place in the varsity race. Carry Martinson placed 2nd in the girls Jr. hi race and Tyler Hanson placed 8th in the boys jr. hi race.

Firearm Hunter Safety Class will be held September 30 from 6:30-9:30 PM and October 5 from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. It will be held at the Bloomfield Fire Hall. You must sign up online. Go to Nebraska Game & Parks web site, go to hunting and then hunter safety. You will need your social security number.
Sophomore class dues of $20 are due on Monday.
